100% Money-Back Guarantee (Damaged or Defective Only)

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee ONLY for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify:

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photo or video evidence is required.
• Claims must be sent to supportluhxe@gmail.com.

Return Eligibility

• Requests must be submitted within 90 days of confirmed delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending any item back.

Restocking Fee

For all non-defective returns and refused shipments, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount. Refunds will be issued for 80% of the original payment after inspection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase only. After 6 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Delivered but Not Received

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing at the delivery location.
